The number of calories you burn daily is a combination of resting calories (BMR) and active calories. The weight loss calories (green box) is your daily calorie burn minus the diet calories. Diet calories assumes 3500 kcal per pound. So, 1 pound per week is 3500/7=500 kcal/day. This ia not an exact science, but it should get you close.
